Appointment Cancellation Policy

Customers must cancel before 24 hrs of booking for refund consideration.Appointment Cancellation Policy PLEASE NOTE: Due to our limited capacity and high demand for training, we will not offer refunds if sessions have to be canceled. If WE have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a prorated credit for any sessions missed. If you schedule a session, then have to cancel, you will receive credit for the session as long as you notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will result in that session's credit being forfeited. For camps and leagues, especially those with a waiting list, we require 72 hours' notice for cancellation with a refund. Canceling less than 72 hours in advance will result in an account credit unless we can fill the spot with someone else.
